MALACANANG (5 January 2022) — The government’s 2022 pandemic strategies will focus on sustaining its aggressive vaccination efforts while strengthening local pandemic response measures, according to National Task Force against COVID 19 Chief Implementer and vaccine czar Secretary Carlito G. Galvez, Jr.
DAVAO CITY (22 December 2021) — The National Task Force Against COVID-19 assured Filipinos that the country has a sufficient supply of COVID-19 vaccines in response to concerns raised regarding the new policy which shortened the interval for the administration of booster shots.

PASIG CITY — The Philippine government and Pfizer-BioNTech have signed an amendment to its previous supply agreement for the purchase of an additional 20 million vaccine doses, which brings to 60 million the total vaccine shots ordered by the country from the US-based manufacturer for the year 2021 and 2022.
