GENERAL SANTOS CITY, December 3, 2024 — The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) and the Mindanao State University (MSU) General Santos City on Tuesday signed agreements to bestow peace awards to graduating students who have made significant contributions to peacebuilding and the promotion of the culture of peace. The two parties have also agreed to establish a “Kalinaw Center,” envisioned as the nerve center for the implementation of MSU’s peace efforts. (more…)
