P89.8-M PAMANA projects to commence in remote Kalinga barangay

BRGY. POSWOY, BALBALAN, KALINGA —- The residents of this remote hinterland barangay are gearing up for increased socioeconomic activity as they will soon be better connected to the rest of the municipality.
