Signing of the Joint Monitoring Committee Supplemental Guidelines

SIGNING OF JOINT MONITORING COMMITTEE (JMC) SUPPLEMENTAL GUIDELINES. Another milestone in the GRP-NDF peace process is the signing of the supplemental guidelines that will ensure the effective implementation of the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (CAHRIHL). This is a positive step forward towards a more permanent ceasefire agreement between two parties as there will now be a mechanism in place to monitor violations of human rights and international humanitarian law on both sides and clear guidelines for fact-finding of such violations. #TayoAngKapayapaan
