EARLIER TODAY: Felipe Montoya, Director of the Regional Peace and Development Program of Colombia, and Peter Hauschnik, Principal Advisor of GIZ-COSERAM, joined OPAPP in a discussion to tackle experiences and parallelisms between the Philippines and Colombian peace processes.
