Former Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Teresita “Ging” Quintos Deles officially turned over to the new OPAPP Secretary, Jesus Jess Dureza, the OPAPP Flag, Transition Report and various OPAPP publications during the Turn-Over Ceremony at the Kapayapaan Conference Room, Augustin 1 Bldg., Ortigas, Pasig City, earlier today.
